The Story: During the pandemic, support for the NHS was at an all time high. NHS Charities Together was also transitioning to a fully fledged fundraising organisation rather than just a membership organisation. So a quick supporter fundraising pack had been created to cope with the immediate demand and was specific to the Covid-19 appeal. The pack lacked resources, didn’t have a brand identity and was focused on fundraising at home/virtually due to Government guidelines and restrictions.

So a quick supporter fundraising pack had been created to cope with the immediate demand and was specific to the Covid-19 appeal. The pack lacked resources, didn’t have a brand identity and was focused on fundraising at home/virtually due to Government guidelines and restrictions.
The Brief: There fore we were asked to produce an updated fundraising pack to help share awareness, with an exciting and informative pack to motivate new and existing supporters and promote fundraising activities. The pack needed to inspire them by using stories of fellow fundraisers and beneficiaries and really highlight the impact of their support. It was also important to make them feel part of the NHS Charities Together community.
Our Response: For this brief, we created a completely new community fundraising pack, with a booklet to share stories and ways to collect donations and share awareness, plus fundraising activity ideas for each different group from primary and senior schools, social clubs, adults and local communities. The pack also included a foldable money box for collections, posters, bunting and bucket labels – some printed and some downloadable content from the website.
Why it Works: This pack is vibrant, uplifting, packed with information and fundraising assets and makes a real impact! From the outer envelope to every item inside, the bright colours of the NHS Charities Together brand really help to inspire supporters to get involved.
Results: The pack is in the process of being officially launched but has already had huge praise for the sheer impact of the assets, fundraising content and vibrancy. We’re sure it will make a real splash with the supporters and their fundraising efforts too.
