We were asked to create a digital, brand-led experience for new joiners and hiring managers to give them the tools and resources they need to hit the ground running and to experience some of the Sky ‘magic’ before they start in their new role.

The Brief: We were asked to create a digital, brand-led experience for new joiners and hiring managers to give them the tools and resources they need to hit the ground running.
Our Response: We built a bespoke platform that gives new starters the best and most personalised onboarding experience, full of informative and engaging content, including a 360-degree video of their new work place and animations which answer those burning first day questions: how do I book a meeting room, what do I need to bring, how do I get to work?
Job role content is tailored to fit a new joiner, whether that person is starting as a graduate, in a management position or at director level, the steps to on-boarding are fully adaptable.
Most importantly, the platform fully equips new starters with a truly personalised experience and makes them feel welcome and part of Sky.
